Peer-Based Student Leadership (PBSL-USA) launched in 2018.

Our approach to leadership development begins with engaging in meaningful, real-world discussions that tackle the challenges facing student leaders both inside and outside of their fine arts programs.
REAL-WORLD DISCUSSIONS
INTERACTIVE AND WORKBOOK-FREE
Our workshops utilize an “active lecture” format that is workbook-free and designed to keep students engaged through interactive exercises that take place every hour of the workshop.
We equip our students with the tools they need to lead effectively through hands-on activities designed to be relatable, usable, and sustainable in their leadership roles as well as in their daily lives.
LEADERSHIP-CENTERED TOOLS
ONGOING FOLLOW-UP AND SUPPORT
Our workshops provide ongoing support through weekly follow-up emails containing lessons from the workshop and action items designed for students to implement immediately to apply what they’ve learned.
