A unique and meaningful approach to developing student leaders
With a combined 100+ years of direct program leadership, our team of experienced educators empowers students to unlock their full potential as student leaders through a non-traditional approach that equips them with practical tools and ongoing support to navigate peer-based leadership in their fine arts programs.
Peer-Based Student Leadership (PBSL-USA) launched in 2018.
Since launch, PBSL-USA has delivered leadership workshops to over 10,000 student leaders in the State of Texas.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Our experienced team of educators boasts over 100+ years of direct program leadership
Helping student leaders understand their significant impact in fine arts programs
Our approach to leadership development begins with engaging in meaningful, real-world discussions that tackle the challenges facing student leaders both inside and outside of their fine arts programs.
We equip our students with the tools they need to lead effectively through hands-on activities designed to be relatable, usable, and sustainable in their leadership roles as well as in their daily lives.
Our workshops utilize an “active lecture” format that is workbook-free and designed to keep students engaged through interactive exercises that take place every hour of the workshop.
INTERACTIVE AND WORKBOOK-FREE
Our workshops provide ongoing support through weekly follow-up emails containing lessons from the workshop and action items designed for students to implement immediately to apply what they’ve learned.
