Framing Forward is a district-centered dance leadership experience designed to support every type of dance program. From drill teams to dance companies, magnet programs, choreographers, and student leaders across campuses, this pilot honors the identity of each program while building shared leadership clarity and culture.

Framing Forward is a leadership experience built specifically for dance. Hosted within participating districts, this program blends intentional leadership development with high-quality dance instruction, all grounded in the culture, values, and needs of each community.
Rather than applying a single model across every campus, Framing Forward adapts to the leadership structures already in place. The goal is alignment, clarity, and sustainability across programs, not conformity.

Our interactive leadership sessions move beyond games or surface-level activities. These sessions create a psychologically safe space for questions, reflection, and meaningful conversation, while strengthening relationships between officers, teams, and directors. Directors clearly articulate expectations and leadership responsibilities, while students learn to lead beyond talent or work ethic - grounded in clarity, communication, and intentional action.
Leadership Alignment Lab: Director + Officer Line
Clarify expectations, hierarchy, and communication lines through guided scenarios. Students leave with notes + clarity. Directors leave with alignment — not assumptions.
Effective Communication for Officer Lines
Collaboration, conflict navigation, early resolution, and leadership rhythm through the year.

How to address issues responsibly, protect culture, and know what to escalate vs. handle peer-to-peer.

Identify resistance vs hesitation, address behaviors without shaming, protect the vision, and know when to escalate.

Separate tracks that build confidence, boundaries, coaching voice, and professional presence.
